 1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Japanzon.com, you fully accept these terms and conditions. ???? No exceptions will be made.

Japanzon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of your order.

2. Products Sold on Japanzon.com

  • All items sold on Japanzon.com are 100% original, purchased, and shipped directly from Japan.
  • These products are designed for the Japanese market and comply with Japanese laws and standards.
  •  Instructions, packaging, and product interfaces may be in Japanese only.

 The customer is responsible for checking compatibility before purchasing. No returns or refunds will be accepted for compatibility issues.

 3. Prices & Payment

  •  All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY).
  •  Full payment is required at the time of order.
  •  Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit Card
    • PayPal
  •  Prices are firm and non-negotiable.
  •  Any fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account suspension.

 Japanzon reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud.

 4. Pre-orders – Binding Commitment

Pre-orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • A pre-order is a firm commitment from the customer.
  •  No refunds or modifications will be accepted once the order is placed.

 By placing a pre-order, you waive any right of withdrawal.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  •  Japanzon does not offer delivery to pick-up points.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  •  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

 No refund will be issued for a package marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

 6. Import Duties & Customs Fees

  •  Japanzon is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied in your country.
  • These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility as the official importer.
  •  Japanzon is not liable for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

 Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs, which is beyond our control.

7. Defective Products & Returns

  •  Customers must provide photos of defective items within 48 hours of receipt.
  •  Return and reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  •  Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or refunded.

 No refunds or returns will be accepted for customer dissatisfaction or a change of mind.

 8. Return & Refund Policy

  •  We do not accept returns or order cancellations.
  • Returns for trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece, etc.) are strictly not accepted.

 All sales are final.

 9. Packages Returned by the Carrier

  •  If Japanzon made an error (e.g., incorrect address), we will reship at no cost.
  •  If the package is returned because the customer failed to collect it, they must pay the reshipping fees.
  •  If the customer refuses reshipping, only the product cost will be refunded (excluding shipping fees).

 Unclaimed packages are stored for 30 days before being considered abandoned.

10.  Force Majeure & Liabilities

  •  Japanzon is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues due to external events (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.).

 Fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Customer Support & Contact

  •  All inquiries must be submitted through the contact form on Japanzon.com.
  • Japanzon reserves the right not to respond to requests that violate these terms.

 By placing an order on Japanzon, you accept these terms in full. Violations may result in account restrictions or suspension.
