The items for sale on Japanzon.com

All items sold are original Japanzon.com items purchased and shipped from Japan. All products are for the Japanese market and respect the laws and regulations in force in Japan. The information and usage tips written on the packaging may be in Japanese only.

All prices are in yen, the local currency of Japan

Product photos

Photos products displayed on Japanzon.com are photos made available by manufacturers or distributors. The final object may be slightly different from the pictures.

Shipping orders

The products available on Japanzon.com are sometimes stored in our premises. This way we are able to send your orders faster. We are a human-sized company and for us every customer is important. That is why we pay special attention to our packaging that effectively protect the items during transport. That is why we also ship orders as quickly as possible so that our packages arrive at their destination in the shortest possible time.

For transport we use Japan Post. We offer shipping method Sal, Airmail, Surface and EMS

Import fees

When you order products from Japanzon for delivery outside of Japan, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be at your expense; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact the local customs department for more information. In addition, please note that when you order from Japanzon, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. Protecting your privacy is important to us and we draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries are subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Defective products

According to customer demand we can control the product before shipment, it is possible and always carry great care in packing. However, if you receive a defective product please send us pictures showing the problem. The cost of return and re-shipping will be your responsibility.

Products that you no longer want

We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders.

Card return requests are not accepted at all

Packages returned by post

In the event that a package is mailed back we re-ship the package without charge where Japanzon.com erred (eg error in the address). In cases where Japanzon.com is not at fault re-shipment will be at recipient's expenses.
All customers have access to their tracking number via their customer account, in the details of their order, and must monitor the shipment of their package. If the package is returned to us after having remained in poste restante (approximately 2 weeks) without the customer having gone to recover it, this one will have to pay again the expenses of sending for the re-expedition, or will be refunded only of the amount of the product(s) but by no means of the shipping fees paid at the origin, and this, after reception of the package back in our office.
Packages are kept us coming back 30 days.
