Acceptance of Conditions
Any order placed on Japanzon.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. They may be modified at any time without notice; the applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order. It is the customer's responsibility to consult the GCS before each purchase. No derogation will be accepted without Japanzon's written agreement.

Products on Sale
The products sold on Japanzon.com are authentic, imported directly from Japan and conform to Japanese standards. Some elements (notices, packaging, interfaces) may be exclusively in Japanese.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the compatibility of the products with the standards in force in their country (voltage, formats, languages, etc.). Japanzon cannot be held responsible for incompatibility or misunderstanding of product features.

Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in Japanese yen (JPY) and are non-negotiable. Payment is due in full at the time of order, by credit card or PayPal.
Any attempt at fraud or abuse (unjustified dispute, unfounded chargeback, etc.) will result in suspension of the customer account and, if necessary, a report to the authorities.
Japanzon reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order, without obligation to justify itself.

Product photos
The images displayed on Japanzon.com are provided for information purposes only by the manufacturers or distributors. Minor variations (color, packaging, design) may exist between the visuals and the delivered product. These differences do not justify a complaint or a return.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. The customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal for pre-ordered products.

Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped from Japan via Japanese postal services (Airmail, Surface, EMS), without the option of delivery to a relay point. Japanzon undertakes to pack products with care.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and for tracking the package using the tracking number provided. No refund or reshipment will be made for a package indicated as "delivered" or in case of address error attributable to the customer. Japanzon declines all responsibility for delays due to external factors (customs, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Customs and import fees
The customer is the official importer of the products ordered. He/she assumes all costs related to customs, taxes and other charges imposed by the authorities of his/her country. Japanzon cannot be held responsible in the event of blocking, taxation or destruction of the package by the customs authorities. No claim will be accepted on this basis.

Defective products
At the customer's request before shipment, Japanzon can carry out a visual inspection of the product, at an additional cost. All claims for defective products must be made within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photos and a precise description.
Products opened, used or damaged after receipt will not be returned or refunded. In the event of a proven defect, return and reshipment costs are at the customer's expense. No returns will be accepted in the event of dissatisfaction or misunderstanding of product characteristics.

Returns policy
Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective upon receipt, subject to the conditions of article 8. Trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final. The customer expressly waives any right of retraction.
All refunds, with the exception of order cancellations made within 24 hours of validation (and only if the order has not yet been shipped), are made in the form of a voucher valid exclusively on Japanzon.com, excluding shipping costs.

Packages returned by the carrier
A parcel may be returned to the sender for several reasons, in particular: incomplete or erroneous address, failure to claim within the time limit, refusal of receipt, impossibility of delivery by the carrier, or any other logistical reason beyond Japanzon's control.
In all cases, only a return due to an error attributable to Japanzon (for example, an address incorrectly entered by us) will result in free reshipment. In all other cases (customer's address error, absence at time of delivery, no claim, unjustified refusal...), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of refusal of reshipment, only the amount of the products, excluding shipping costs, may be reimbursed in the form of a voucher valid on Japanzon.com.
Returned and unclaimed packages are kept for 10 days before being considered as abandoned, with no possibility of reimbursement or subsequent claim.

Order cancellation
The customer has 24 hours following validation of the order to request cancellation, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. In this case, a full refund may be made, according to the original method of payment. After this period, no cancellation will be possible, and any request for reimbursement will be made exclusively in the form of a voucher, excluding shipping costs.

Force Majeure
Japanzon cannot be held responsible in the event of events beyond its control affecting delivery: strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, etc.
Japanzon reserves the right to suspend or cancel the customer's account without prior notice in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or fraudulent behaviour.

Customer service
All requests must be sent via the contact form available on Japanzon.com. Solicitations via other channels (social networks, e-mails) will not be processed. Japanzon reserves the right not to respond to abusive requests or requests that do not comply with the GTC.

Applicable law and mediation
These GTC are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code (for customers residing in the EU), the customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.
By validating his/her order, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and unreservedly accepted all of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
